What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle registration, vehicle make and model, the service you're interested in and your message. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share there.
The vehicle lookup is provided by Remapping Website (remappingwebsite.com). The vehicle you select, any registration you enter, and any quote request you send through it (name, email, phone and vehicle) are processed by that service and passed to us so we can reply.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and arrange and carry out work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered by email through our website host and email provider, and vehicle lookup requests are handled by Remapping Website as described above. We do not share your details with anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
